General Conditions and Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of Arihna Biha, including account creation, connected calendar usage, and workspace actions performed through the service.
1. Purpose of the service
Arihna Biha is a prayer-aware calendar planning application published by JISRIFY.
The service lets users define prayer preferences, generate monthly prayer-block previews, connect supported calendar providers, and sync only app-owned events into calendars they explicitly select.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using Arihna Biha, you agree to these terms.
Account responsibility
- You must provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless required law states otherwise
Use by connected providers
- You may only connect accounts and calendars you are authorized to use
- You remain responsible for the scopes and authorizations you grant to Google or Microsoft
- Disconnecting inside Arihna Biha removes stored local tokens and stops the service from using that provider account
- For Google connections, Arihna Biha asks Google to revoke the OAuth token when disconnecting; for Microsoft connections, you may also need to remove provider-side consent from Microsoft account permissions or your organization app portal
3. Workspace actions and user review
Arihna Biha is designed to make calendar actions reviewable, not invisible.
Before applying sync or delete operations, users are expected to review the preview, selected calendar, and action summary. Arihna Biha is intended to create, refresh, delete, and restore only prayer blocks managed by the app itself. Users should verify the target calendar before confirming any workspace action.
4. Third-party services
Some parts of the product depend on external providers.
Calendar providers
Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook integrations depend on third-party APIs, permissions, and account states. Arihna Biha cannot guarantee the continuous availability of those external services.
Email and infrastructure
Transactional emails and infrastructure services may be delivered through third-party processors needed to operate the platform.
5. Prohibited use
The service must not be used in ways that harm the product, its operators, or other users.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, or data
- Do not use the service to interfere with provider APIs or evade platform limits
- Do not misuse the app for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent conduct
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service beyond lawful mandatory rights
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Arihna Biha and its original product elements remain protected.
The Arihna Biha service, branding, interface, text, and software elements are owned by or licensed to JISRIFY. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to the user.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the product reliable, but software and provider integrations are not infallible.
Availability
Arihna Biha may be modified, suspended, or updated for technical, security, operational, or legal reasons. We may also limit access when required to protect the service.
Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JISRIFY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from use of the service, including failures caused by third-party calendar providers, user configuration choices, or provider-side revocation of access.
8. Paid Supporter access
Paid Supporter access may be offered while Arihna Biha is still evolving.
Billing
Paid Supporter access is optional and is handled through Stripe. Prices are shown during checkout, subscriptions renew according to the selected offer, and payment methods, invoices, and cancellation can be managed through the billing portal when available.
Service changes
Arihna Biha is a private, pre-launch product. Features, limits, provider integrations, and access conditions may change as the service is improved, while account access remains tied to the registered email and these terms.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory protective rules that may apply to users.
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes relating to Arihna Biha fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts within the Nanterre area. For support or legal notices, contact support@arihna-biha.com.
